"I had a property that the radon reading came in over 23 pCi/l.
I received David's name as one of four sources recommended by the radon testing service. I received 3 quotes on having the property mitigated & David's quote came in significantly lower than the other mitigation specialists. We did hire him to install the mitigation system for the property, at that time he did let us know with the original reading being that high, it may take a couple of adjustments to the system to get it where it needed to be. He quickly went to work installing the system (over the holidays) & was done in a day. Following installation a new radon test was ran & it came in well below the acceptable reading at .6 pCi/l!
I would highly recommend David for any radon mitigating that needs done. He is reasonable & gets the job done quickly."

"David can do anything!
Not only is he knowledgeable about seemingly everything, he is very particular, so everything he does is done very well. He has done repairs all over our house. The outside faucet that leaked, the cabinets that I wanted out, the trim etc to cover the gaps, the light fixtures under those dark cabinets, the door that didn't latch tightly, the shelves & new storage, etc. etc. - all now like new.
When we discovered brown water dripping from our window to the sill, he came. He worked on a ladder in the freezing weather, melted the ice jam on our roof and cleaned the leaves out of the gutters. We didn't know where to start, but it didn't faze Dave - he just went to it & took care of it. AND when we moved our office downtown to home, he unplugged, moved & set back up all the computers, fax and every electronic gizmo for us."
